Terms of Service

These terms explain how our done-for-you marketing service works. This is a service delivered by our team. We use AI tools to work faster, and a person reviews our work. It is not software you log in to.

1. What we do

For a monthly fee we provide the package shown on our offer page:

• Set-up and management of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, including your Pixel and tracking.
• Daily organic posts on the Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn pages you give us access to.
• Management of cold email campaigns on your behalf, sent only to business contacts and following applicable email laws.
• A plain-language report every week.

2. Your accounts stay yours

Your ad account, Pixel, pages and data are in your name. We work as your partner with access that you can remove at any time. You pay Meta and any other platform directly. We never mark up ad spend.

3. What we need from you

• Access to your business pages and ad account, and a valid payment method on the ad account.
• Your approval of the plan, ads and posts before they go live. We may post routine content that fits the approved plan.
• Prompt follow-up with new leads. Results depend on how quickly leads are contacted.
• A valid licence for the services you advertise, and compliance with advertising and real estate rules in your state.

4. Fees and payment

The service fee is USD 2,500 per month, paid in advance using the payment method we send you. Ad spend is separate and paid by you to Meta. We may change the price for future months with 30 days written notice.

5. Term and ending the service

The service runs month to month. Either of us may end it with 30 days written notice. When it ends, you keep all accounts, content and data. See our Refund policy.

6. No guarantees

We work hard for results, but we cannot guarantee a number of leads, appointments or sales. Any cost-per-lead figures we share are estimates based on past campaigns and your market, and results vary. Leads are enquiries, not closed sales.

7. Platform rules

Meta and other platforms control their own rules, including special rules for housing ads. We run campaigns in the allowed way, but a platform may reject an ad or limit an account. This is outside our control and is not a breach by us.

8. Content and ownership

You own the posts, ads and creative we produce for you once paid. You allow us to use your name, logo and listings only to deliver the service. We may describe our work in general terms and will not name you publicly without your permission.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
