We collect only what we need to run our service, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Your name, business name, email and phone number when you book a call, write to us or become a client.
- Access you give us to your business pages and ad account, and the results and leads from your campaigns.
- Basic website information (such as pages visited) through standard hosting and analytics tools, and, if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that a page was viewed or a booking button was clicked so we can measure our ads.
How we use it
To reply to you, deliver and report on the service, run your campaigns, and improve our own work. For cold email campaigns, we use publicly available business contact details and honour every opt-out request.
Who sees it
Only our team and the tools we use to deliver the work, such as Meta, Google (calendar and email), and our hosting and payment providers. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Your accounts and data
Your ad accounts, pages and lead data stay in your name. When our service ends, we remove our access and you keep your data.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and tax duties, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you. Email support@paxanova.io and we will answer within 30 days.
Cookies and security
Our website uses only essential and basic analytics cookies. We use reputable providers and access controls to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.
