Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the work. This policy applies to the monthly service fee. It does not cover ad spend you pay to Meta.

Before work starts

If you change your mind within 7 days of paying and we have not started work, we refund the full fee.

After work has started

The service is month to month. You can stop with 30 days written notice and you will not be charged for months after that. If you stop part-way through a paid month, we refund the part of that month's fee for work not yet delivered, calculated by the days left.

If something goes wrong on our side

If we miss work we agreed to deliver, tell us in writing and we will fix it within 7 days. If we cannot, we refund the fee for that part of the work.

What is not refundable

• Ad spend paid to Meta or other platforms. It goes from your own account and we do not control it.
• Work already delivered, such as posts published and campaigns run.
• Results: we cannot refund for the number of leads or sales, because we do not guarantee them.

How to ask

Email support@paxanova.io with your business name and what you need. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.
